U.K. Housing Minister Robert Jenrick said on Saturday that the death toll from the novel coronavirus had reached 28,131. A total of 182,260 have tested positive. With Saturday’s newly reported deaths, the U.K. has the third-highest number of deaths in the world, only slightly behind Italy which is just under 29,000.
