Speaking to reporters outside Rideau Cottage in Ottawa on Tuesday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that while decisions on specific timelines for reopening the economy will be left up to the various provinces, those governments and his have agreed on a shared “framework” to guide province’s decision-making.
