Following Ontario’s April 15 launch of its COVID-19 action plan for protecting long-term care facilities, Minister of Long-Term Care Merrilee Fullerton said on Thursday that in the last 24 hours, five hospitals in Toronto have come together to support 38 long-term care homes, a “model” that will “be expanded across the province.”
