Gov. Brian Kemp of Georgia has declared a state of emergency after deadly storms and tornadoes swept through the U.S. state. The system brought heavy rainfall, gusty winds, floods and some tornadoes to parts of Georgia over the Easter weekend. The storms took several lives and hospitalized many others.
