Coronavirus outbreak: Israel closes off Jerusalem’s ultra-Orthodox areas to prevent spread

Israel locked down many ultra-Orthodox Jewish areas of Jerusalem on Sunday as part of the effort to contain the spread of the novel coronavirus from neighbourhoods showing high rates of infection. The government also issued an order for the wearing of masks in public effective Sunday.
