Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer said on Saturday that the reason his party delayed MP’s return to Parliament was because when they received the wage subsidy bill, they saw “weaknesses” according to Scheer. He added they hope the government will address ideas they proposed, such as rebating the GST and increasing limits for charitable organizations.
