Quebec premier François Legault announced 25 new deaths due to COVID-19 on Friday, bringing the total number of deaths to 241 across the province.
Legault offered condolences to the families of the victims of those who had lost their lives as a result of COVID-19.
He also announced 765 new cases, with a provincial total of 11,677 confirmed or probable cases as of Friday.
