Saskatchewan has 32 food banks across the province and supports 40,000 residence a month, but that number is expect to skyrocket with the uncertain economy and mass job-layoffs due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Joining us to discuss the increasing demand is Saskatoon Food Bank executive director Laurie O'Connor.
