From mandatory mask-wearing in public to the rapid tracing of infection chains, Germany has a plan for a phased return to normal life after its expected end to their coronavirus lockdown April 19. This plan also includes limitations on social gatherings in an effort to prevent a future resurgence of COVID-19.
