Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has announced that both large and small businesses will be eligible for Ottawa’s wage subsidy – as are non-profits and charities. But the financial assistance will come with the condition that employers will have to prove their revenues have fallen by at least 30 percent since the coronavirus crisis began. Paul Johnson reports.
