Coronavirus outbreak: Scheer says Conservatives would like to see measures allow for parliamentary oversight while House is on break

Speaking to reporters on Tuesday, leader of the opposition Andrew Scheer was asked if Parliament should get back to session to get answers from the government as to how it is handling the coronavirus outbreak in Canada. Scheer said that Conservatives built several accountability measures into the agreement reached with the government, and would like to see more measures to allow for greater parliamentary oversight.
