Coronavirus outbreak: Nova Scotia declares state of emergency

Nova Scotia is now the latest Canadian province to declare a state of emergency in response to the COVID-19 outbreak, with Premier Stephen McNeil warning those out of province doing non-essential travel to stay out. Ross Lord reports.
