Saskatchewan passes emergency legislation to deal with COVID-19

Saskatchewan has two confirmed and six presumptive cases of COVID-19, the disease caused by the novel coronavirus. The new numbers were announced Tuesday as the province passed emergency legislation to protect workers and said it was delaying its 2020-21 budget.
