There are no presumptive or confirmed cases of COVID-19 in Northumberland and Haliburton counties or in the City of Kawartha Lakes. The Haliburton, Kawartha, Pine Ridge District Health Unit says the risk of contraction remains low in these communities. Mark Giunta reports.
