It's not the news anyone living along Lake Ontario wants to hear. Water levels remain high despite efforts by the International Joint Commission (IJC) that's in charge of regulating it. While no one can forecast just how bad the spring flooding season will be, a higher than normal Lake Ontario at this point of the year isn't a good sign.
