Why is the Ontario government changing course on e-learning courses?

Responding to a question from Global’s Travis Dhanraj at Queen’s Park Tuesday, Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce said Ontario students can now opt out of the e-learning courses — a change from the previous position of requiring students to take two classes online.
