Cheers were erupting inside the Balsillie Family YMCA in Peterborough, as dozens of people took part in the annual Carl Oake Rotary Swimathon.
And even though the fundraiser brings joy to those swimming in the pool every year, what the event does for the rest of the community is what really makes a difference.
