Speaking to reporters at Queens Park Monday’s morning Dr. Eileen de Villa, Chief Medical Officer of Health for Toronto, said the procedures taken by health officials are effective and the system is working to keep people safe and in turn, the risk in Toronto for COVID-19 infection continues to be low.
