Assembly of First Nations Chief Perry Bellegarde said on Tuesday that the responsibility over the infrastructure disruptions including rail blockades amid solidarity protests with the Wet’suwet’en hereditary chiefs over the building of the Coastal Gaslink pipeline “falls on everyone,” from members of the government to hereditary chiefs, and called on all parties to start dialogue in a constructive way.
