CFL to stage Toronto-Saskatchewan regular-season contest in Halifax

It looks like the CFL will return to Halifax. The league is expected to announce that the Saskatchewan Roughriders will meet the Toronto Argonauts in city’s first regular season CFL game this summer. Jeremy Keefe has more.
