Manitoba Premier Brian Pallister spoke on Monday morning about Quebec’s Bill 21, saying while he hadn’t pushed Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to challenge it in federal court, he stressed that the province was “too good” for Bill 21 and he’d continue to urge Ottawa and his provincial colleagues to “be clear about their opposition to this.”
