Water levels continued to rise on Saturday afternoon as rains fell across the Greater Toronto Area and, as Global News Chief Meteorologist Anthony Farnell explains, flooding concerns remain with more precipitation to follow. There is also still a big concern of freezing rain, and other parts of Ontario may see significant ice buildup overnight.
