National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) member Jennifer Homendy stated that there were no seat belts on a tour bus that was involved in a crash on the Pennsylvania turnpike, saying that it is “frustrating and it’s devastating” for the NTSB to see fatal accidents that could have been prevented by passengers wearing seat belts.
