Palliative care patients receive handmade quilts

The West Island Palliative Care Care Centre in Kirkland brings comfort to patients at the end of their lives. One community group, the Beaconsfield Quilter’s guild, is working to comfort patients even more with a thoughtful and unique gift: handcrafted quilts. Global’s Brittany Henriques has the story.
