StatsCan looking to redefine poverty line

Nearly 3.5 million Canadians are living below the poverty line, according to Statistics Canada. But the definition of the poverty line hasn’t been updated since 2008. Abigail Bimman reports on Ottawa’s efforts to update it to better reflect reality.
