U.S. Republican Rep. Doug Collins said on Tuesday that there were “disputed facts” on Ukraine’s involvement in the 2016 election, saying they recognize Russia had involvement but that while Ukraine itself may not have been involved, there were Ukrainians who “bet on the wrong horse,” alluding to support for Hillary Clinton.
