A Nigerian woman says she feels like she should be dead, stunned an Immigration and Refugee Board member would ask her why her husband, who she says raped and beat her for more than a decade, wouldn’t have just killed her. It's a question her lawyer called a shocking violation of IRB guidelines. Jamie Mauracher reports.
