Congress to vote on parameters for impeachment inquiry

In Washington, Congress is set to vote on rules for a public inquiry into the impeachment of U.S. President Donald Trump. This comes more than a month after the Democratic-led investigation began behind closed doors, which heard damaging testimony from a decorated army officer who was on a controversial phone call between Trump and the president of Ukraine.
