A Global News investigation has uncovered how little is being done to keep track of people who no longer have any right to be in Canada. There are thousands of arrest warrants for people with immigration violations, but the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has cancelled some of these warrants. Mike Drolet explains the flaws in the system and how long this has been going on for.
