NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh said on Thursday in Welland, Ont. that his party was committed to bringing in a mixed-member proportional representation voting system in Canada after Trudeau “failed” to reform the First Past the Post (FPTP) electoral system that he said he would end during his four year term and mentioned “at least 18 hundred times” during his campaign.
