During the French language leaders’ debate Thursday night, Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau was asked what he will do about the values test Quebec Premier Francois Legault intends to impose on people who want to immigrate to Quebec. Trudeau said it is entirely up to Quebec to decide what questions to ask people but that there will be no values test for obtaining Canadian citizenship.
