Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer spoke more on his proposed energy corridor in Saskatoon, Sask. on Saturday, saying in addition to benefitting provinces but also Indigenous communities through partnerships. He said they would get this done by getting consultations “upfront” and fix aspects of the approval process.
