A man began shouting at Conservative Leader Andrew Scheer ahead of an announcement in Montreal, Que., on Thursday, demanding to know why the Conservative climate policy includes building more pipelines. The man, who had been posing as a journalist, was wrestled to the floor by the campaign’s private security and escorted out of the area.
