Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer announced his plan on Tuesday to increase the government’s contribution to the Registered Education Savings Plan, increasing it from 20% to 30% for every dollar up to $2,500 yearly. He added that low-income families would receive 50% on the first $500 invested instead of 40%.
