Power outages persist for thousands in Atlantic Canada

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau was in Halifax Tuesday to assess the damage caused by the powerful storm, Dorian. Canadian Forces members are helping with recovery efforts as the clean up continues in Nova Scotia. As Ross Lord reports, tens of thousands of hydro customers are still in the dark, and many may not have electricity for several days to come.
