Clean-up crews are out in Halifax clearing fallen trees and other damage caused by Hurricane Dorian (now a post-tropical cyclone) on the morning of Sept. 8, the day after the category 2 storm tore through Atlantic Canada. Global’s Chief Meteorologist Anthony Farnell reports from Halifax.
