Trump: Stock market would be up 10,000 points if I didn’t act on China

Speaking in the Oval Office Wednesday, U.S. President Donald Trump said the stock market would be up “10,000 points” if he hadn’t taken action he had to combat China’s allegedly unfair trade practices, but reiterated his previously-expressed position that he felt he had no choice after previous Presidents refused to act.
