Family claims hidden disability overlooked by GO train attendant

They had just enjoyed a fun day at the CNE. The Ly family of Oakville went to use the accessibility car on the GO train to get home, but say they were told their eight-year-old daughter couldn’t ride because the train car was full. As Sean O’Shea reports, the family says there was sufficient room—and staff didn’t acknowledge her disability.
