Swoop Airline cancels flight, makes passengers wait 11 days for return trip

Swoop Airlines are under fire after passengers of a cancelled flight from Kelowna to Winnipeg were told they’ll have to wait up to 11 days for a new flight. Air passenger rights advocate Gabor Luckatch spoke with Sonia Sunger on what should have been done.
