IIO releases new details in death of 14-year-old

A new development in the investigation into the death of Carson Crimeni. The 14-year-old Langely teenager died of an apparent overdose. The independent investigations office of B.C. now trying to determine what role, if any, the RCMP's actions or in-action may have played the day Carson died. Julia Foy reports.
