West Island developers demand compensation for Montreal’s urban park plans

Three developers who own land in the West Island are demanding compensation for Montreal’s plan to create a sprawling urban park in the area. As Global’s Anne Leclair reports, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is promising to fund the project, which could settle the dispute.
