Animal rescue sanctuary sounding off after animal abuse case closed

The co-owner of Dog Tales Animal Sanctuary is upset after the solicitor general’s office closed an animal abuse case involving a Scugog area farmer. This comes after the owner was alleged to have kept his animals in deplorable conditions, forcing the co-owner to take action.
