Toronto officials respond to provincial budget cuts

After staving off retroactive cuts to public health in May, Toronto City Hall has once again found itself in the crosshairs of provincial budget cuts. While the province announced it will change its approach to funding municipal public health units and child care positions, the full extent of the cuts are not yet known. Matthew Bingley has more.
