Making the most of the REM in TMR

The Town of Mont-Royal has come to agreement of sorts with the REM. The light rail system is expected to bring in more than 500 trains through the town every day starting in 2023. As Global’s Anne Leclair reports, while a new greenspace will be built over a portion of the tracks, residents worry it will not solve the noise problem.
