NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh on Wednesday said an ethics commissioner report, which found Justin Trudeau guilty of breaking ethics rules by trying to exert influence in the SNC-Lavalin scandal, was “unprecedented” as it is the second time Trudeau has been found guilty of ethics violations.
