CBSA struggles to keep up with asylum seeker influx

The Canadian Border Services Agency is struggling to slow a spike in the number of asylum seekers pouring into Canada. Many are without official documentation when they arrive, and that’s putting more strain on the CBSA to find out who they are, where they’re from and if they pose a criminal threat. Mercedes Stephenson reports.
