Federal Fisheries Minister Jonathan Wilkinson says “time is of the essence” at the site of a major rock slide on the Fraser River. The landslide is blocking up to 2.5 million salmon from reaching their spawning grounds and crews have only weeks to solve the problem. Ted Chernecki has the latest.
