On Tuesday morning, a number of cab companies from all over the Okanagan gathered in Kelowna to start the process of forming an official taxi association. The group wants to unite as ridesharing companies are set to start operating this year. The taxi operators is concerned that ridesharing companies will not be subject to the same regulations as they are.
