Nine people have been killed in Dayton, Ohio, after Connor Betts went on a rampage in the city’s historic nightlife district. The 24-year-old gunman was killed by police just seconds after he began shooting. As Jeff Semple reports, this massacre occurred just hours after the mass shooting at a Walmart in El Paso, Texas.
