CAMH protocols questioned after another patient disappears

For the fourth time in less than a month, the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH) in Toronto has lost track of yet another patient. Some have a history of violent behaviour. As Jeff Semple reports, questions are being raised about the protocols for those found not criminally responsible.
